An Appointment To Set Up A Site Visit To Go Over What The Client’s Wants Are For Their Landscape Project. This Can Be To Review An Existing Landscape Or For A New Landscape.
A Consult To Review An Existing Landscape Could Be Just To Go Over The Client’s Current Plants To Let Them Know What They Have And How To Take Care Of Them, Or Possibly To Modify Or Add To Their Current Landscape
The Landscape Consultation Fee For Anyone Living Within A 25-Mile Radius Of Glencoe, MN Is $50.00. 26 To 50 Miles Outside Of Glencoe, MN Is $75.00. Any Distance Beyond 50 Miles From Glencoe, MN Will Be $75.00 Plus A Mileage Fee Of $1.00 Per Mile Beyond The 50 Miles.
The Landscape Consultation Fee Pays For 1 Hour Of Site Visit And A Small, Not To Scale, Site Sketch If The Client Doesn’t Want A Full, To Scale Plan Drawn Up.

A Full To Scale Residential Landscape Design Will Be Done For A Client That Is Looking For The Following:

Full Residential Lot Landscape Plan $500.00
Front Yard Residential Plan $250.00
Specialty Gardens I.E. Rain Gardens, Perennial Garden, Island Planting, And/Or Screening Berm Planting $100.00
The Design Fee Includes A Plan Review And One Revision Of The Plan As Required By The Client. Further Revisions Will Be Charged On An Hourly Basis Of $75 Per Hour As Needed.

Commercial Landscape Designs Will Be Done At A Base Fee Rate Of $750.00. This Includes The Following:

Meeting With The Owner And Contractor To Review The Site And What The Owner Is Looking For In Their Landscaping.
Reviewing The City Codes Where The Project Is Located And Incorporating The Necessary Requirements To Fill The Cities Ordinances.
Creating A Full Landscape Design Implementing The Required City Codes And Reviewing The Plan With The Client And Contractor.
The Contractor Will Be Required To Submit The Plan To The City Planning Commission For Review. The Base Fee Includes One Revision Of The Plan If The City And/Or Owner Requires It. Any Following Revisions Will Be Done On An Hourly Basis Of $75/Hr.
