Creating professional landscape designs to fit your wants and needs.

Step One

An appointment to set up a site visit to go over what the client’s wants are for their landscape project — whether reviewing an existing landscape or planning a new one.
A consult to review an existing landscape could simply cover the client’s current plants and how to care for them, or explore modifying or adding to the current landscape.
The consultation fee for anyone within a 25-mile radius of Glencoe, MN is $50.00. 26–50 miles outside Glencoe, MN is $75.00. Beyond 50 miles, it’s $75.00 plus a $1.00/mile mileage fee.
The fee covers 1 hour of site visit and a small, not-to-scale site sketch, if a full to-scale plan isn’t needed.

Step Two

A full to-scale residential landscape design is available for clients looking for any of the following:

Full Residential Lot Landscape Plan $500.00

Front Yard Residential Plan $250.00

Specialty Gardens (rain gardens, perennial gardens, island planting, screening berms) $100.00

The design fee includes a plan review and one revision as required by the client. Further revisions are billed hourly at $75/hr as needed.

Step Three

Commercial landscape designs are done at a base fee rate of $750.00, which includes:

Meeting with the owner and contractor to review the site and their landscaping goals.
Reviewing local city codes and incorporating the required ordinances.
Creating a full landscape design that meets city codes, reviewed with client and contractor.
One plan revision if required by the city and/or owner is included; further revisions are billed hourly at $75/hr.
