Plant Description

With a canopy that is half as wide as other popular varieties like Skyline® Honeylocust, Street Keeper® is a great choice for boulevards, parkways, and landscapes that require a narrow shade tree. The habit is upright and vase-shaped to oval. Fine textured with pinnately compound dark green leaves that turn yellow in the fall. Mostly seedless. Bark on mature trees is very dark, adding to the winter interest. A rapid grower that tolerates urban conditions including poor soil and salt. A Brotzman’s Nursery introduction.
